Because many of our products are handmade crochet toys, slight variations in shape, color, or stitching may occur and are not considered defects.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
